NCV: Starfleet timeship, 29th century
Aeon type |
General descriptionThe Aeon is a Federation timeship from the 29th century of the size of a shuttlecraft; its class name is unknown. The vessel is equipped with hyper-impulse drive.Gallery: Other Small Federation Vessels |
Known shuttlesUSS Aeon |
AnnotationsAccording to the official Star Trek site, the ship has the prefix UTS for "United Time Ship", but more probably it is USS, considering the USS Relativity (below). The ship seems to operate independently. Therefore, it is listed rather here than on the shuttles page. |

Time pod |
General descriptionThis time pod is in use in the 26th century.Article: Redresses of the Nenebek |
Known shuttlesNo name given |
AnnotationsStrictly speaking, this pod from TNG: "A Matter of Time" doesn't have to be a Federation design, but it can be only implicitly assumed from statements in the episode. The full-scale mock-up seen in the episode is a redress of the Nenebek, covered with reflective metallic segments. Since it bears no resemblance to anything used by the Federation in the 24th century, it could be alien as well. |

Unknown future ship I |
General descriptionNothing is known about this Federation ship type that may be in service around 2550. |
Known shipsNo name given |
AnnotationsThe ship type took part in the Battle of Procyon V (ENT: "Azati Prime"). It is the model of the Dauntless that was used for the scene. There is no known Federation ship design like the Dauntless. It would be far-fetched to conclude that the Federation actually built much the same ship we have seen in VOY: "Hope and Fear" (Arturis's creation was completely unfamiliar to the crew in that episode), much less that they took the data that Voyager may have been able to gather to actually reconstruct the alien ship. |

Unknown future ship II |
General descriptionNothing is known about this Federation ship type that may be in service around 2550. |
Known shipsNo name given |
AnnotationsThe ship type took part in the Battle of Procyon V (ENT: "Azati Prime"). It is the model of the Prometheus that was used for the scene. We can never know, the class may still be in service after 180 years. But most likely it was supposed to be just a generic future vessel. |

Unknown future ship III |
General descriptionNothing is known about this Federation ship type that may be in service around 2550. |
Known shipsNo name given |
AnnotationsThe ship type took part in the Battle of Procyon V (ENT: "Azati Prime"). It is the model of the Nova that was used for the scene. We can never know, the class may still be in service after 180 years. But most likely it was supposed to be just a generic future vessel. |

Unknown future ship IV |
General descriptionNothing is known about this Federation ship type that may be in service around 2550. |
Known shipsNo name given |
AnnotationsThe ship type took part in the Battle of Procyon V (ENT: "Azati Prime"). It is the model of the Vor'cha that was used for the scene. The Klingons were mentioned to be part of the Federation at that time. We can never know, the class may still be in service after more than 180 years. But most likely it was supposed to be just a generic future vessel of Klingon design, opposite to the K't'inga that served as an "old" vessel in "Unexpected". |
